Smartphones and apps offer an innovative means of collecting data from the public. The Netherlands Institute for Social Research | SCP has been engaged in one of the first experiments involving the use of a smartphone app to collect time use data recorded by means of an electronic diary.
The Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe (SHARE) is a multidisciplinary and cross-national panel database of micro data on health, socio-economic status and social and family networks of more than 85,000 individuals (approximately 150,000 interviews) from 19 European countries (+Israel) aged 50 or over.
The LISS panel is the core element of a project entitled Measurement and Experimentation in the Social Sciences (MESS). In 2006, the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO) awarded a grant to the research institute CentERdata for this project.
This NWO subsidy was instituted by the Cabinet with a view to boosting the Dutch knowledge economy and the climate for innovation in our country. The proposal was submitted by Marcel Das, Arie Kapteyn, and Arthur van Soest.

This website allows schools to calculate the costs of the total (or a part of) exam process. Because the cost model provides insight into the different costs, the model helps you better steer examinations. You can also compare different types of examinations with each other.
